Bridge Invest has completed a £4.6m loan, its largest residential loan to date.

The purpose of the loan was to refinance an existing bridge on two properties in Chelsea and to advance further funds to complete works on the properties.

The broker who placed the loan, his first with Bridge Invest, said he was “extremely impressed with their streamlined approach to lending”.
