  • Ronak has a multi-disciplined background in finance and property and has a successful track record of building investor relationships with private individuals and family offices across the UK, East Africa and the Middle East. Ronak was an Executive Director at Lehman Brothers, both in London and New York, where he spent 13 years in various roles both in Fixed Income and Equities. Since 2008, he has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures including the development of 7 flats in London with a GDV of £10M.  Ronak graduated with a degree in Mathematics and an MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics.

  • Vivek has over 20 years’ experience in finance, including 7 years at Deutsche Bank both in London and New York. He worked his way up from a runner on the LIFFE exchange to managing a billion pound loan portfolio on the fixed income trading desk. After that, he spent 4 years at Threadneedle Asset Management where he helped establish the structured credit trading desk where he managed property-backed loan funds. More recently, Vivek was Chief Investment Officer at a single-family office which engaged in property development and property-backed lending. He was also Head of Syndication and Head of Treasury at OakNorth Bank which is an active property lender. Vivek graduated with first class honours in Economics from UCL and was a CFA charterholder.

  • Craig is a globally experienced risk executive, with a 35-year career in audit and credit risk across global financial institutions including Kleinwort Benson, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO, Rothschild, China Construction Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ Bank.  Craig has operated at Board or Senior Executive level for many years, having held global head of credit roles at ANZ and Standard Chartered and was a Board Director at Rothschild and ABN AMRO Futures. He has direct experience in property lending and related project finance.

While at university Nick founded Rheingold Bioanalytics, a start-up developing software for physicians, before taking a role with RBC Capital Market’s diversified industrials team. He interned at J.P. Morgan in its Financial Institutions Group, where he covered market infrastructure and speciality finance companies. Nick holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Edinburgh.

  • Andreas graduated from Saxogade upper secondary school in Denmark with a dual concentration in international economics and finance. In addition to his core subjects, he attained a label of excellence in the European Business Baccalaureate Diploma, covering business, Europe, languages, and mobility. He was also recruited for and excelled Saxogade’s talent academy.

  • Simon was, until 2014, Chief Operating Officer of Man Group PLC where he was a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to GLG’s merger with Man in 2010, Simon served as Chief Operating Officer of GLG Partners, from its inception and was also Chief Financial Officer until mid-2008. Prior to that, Simon worked at Lehman Brothers in a number of different roles. Since 2014, Simon has been involved in leadership roles in a range of early stage businesses with a special focus on FinTech and is currently a director of Axim Holdings Limited. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
